Who sees the individual results?

Only the employee. Results are delivered to each person privately, same-day. HR receives only an anonymised aggregate report — never individual data.
How disruptive is it to the office?

Each screening takes 10 minutes per employee in a small private room. A clinician sees 25–30 staff per day. Most companies run it as a half-day or full-day event with staggered bookings.
What space do we need to provide?

One private room with a desk and two chairs — typically a meeting room. We bring everything else: equipment, consumables, and clinical waste disposal.
Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. Preventa Health operates under EU regulatory standards. Individual results are encrypted and shared only with the employee. Aggregate company reports contain no identifiable information.
What happens if a result is concerning?

Employees are advised to follow up with their personal GP and receive a clear written summary they can share. Preventa Health does not replace primary care — we identify risk early so people can act on it.
Which languages do you support?

English and Dutch. Materials and clinical staff are available in both languages for the Netherlands launch.
How far in advance should we book?

Most clients book 4–6 weeks ahead. Larger multi-site programmes typically plan 2–3 months out.
