Brief & scope
30-minute call to confirm headcount, location, and any specific concerns (e.g. shift work, multiple sites). We send a written proposal within 2 working days.

Staff booking portal
We provision a private booking link for your employees. Each picks a 10-minute slot — fully GDPR-compliant, no admin overhead for HR.

On-site execution
Preventa Health clinicians arrive with all required equipment. We need only a small private room. Typical throughput: 25–30 staff per clinician per day.

Results & aggregate report
Each employee receives their individual results privately the same day. HR gets an anonymised aggregate report within 48 hours — no identifiable data.
